Shipping Policy

Last UpdatedApril 4, 2026

Accepted Freight

We accept standard, oversized, refrigerated, and hazmat freight. All hazmat shipments require proper documentation per DOT regulations. Freight must be properly packaged and labeled prior to pickup. Isike Logistics reserves the right to refuse shipments that do not meet minimum packaging requirements.

Rates & Billing

Quoted rates are valid for 48 hours from the time of issuance. Final invoicing occurs upon delivery confirmation and signature. Net-30 payment terms are available for approved accounts. Fuel surcharges are calculated weekly based on the Department of Energy national average diesel fuel price index.

Transit Times

Standard transit times range from 3–7 business days depending on origin and destination. Expedited services are available with a 1–2 business day delivery window. All transit times are estimates and may vary due to weather events, carrier delays, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control.

Liability & Claims

Isike Logistics is liable for loss or damage up to $10 per pound or $100,000 per shipment, whichever is less, unless additional declared value coverage is purchased. All claims must be filed within 9 calendar days of delivery. Late claims will not be accepted. Claims must be submitted in writing with supporting documentation.

Prohibited Items

We do not ship live animals, currency, negotiable instruments, personal effects, fine art exceeding declared value thresholds, or any items prohibited under federal, state, or local law. Isike Logistics is not liable for any shipment containing prohibited items, and such shipments may be seized or destroyed without compensation.

Amendments

This policy may be updated at any time at the sole discretion of Isike Logistics. Changes take effect immediately upon publication to this page. Continued use of our services after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy. We recommend reviewing this page periodically to stay informed.
